Eggs benedict are my favorite brunch food! There’s a local place that have “beach benedict”- an english muffin with sauteed spinach, poached crab, a poached egg and hollandaise… so, so good.

I would love to make a matcha and soy milk ice cream. I think it’d be mellow and refreshing!

I love green tea and have been reading so much about how matcha is even better. I would add it to smoothies. But I’ve read you can brew it and I would try that too!

The chicken looks awesome! Plus you can’t go wrong with Pilsbury rolls either! I love them too!
