*Disclaimer* If you’re looking for olive oil or cheese in this recipe, you will not find it. Sorry!
- 2 large red tomatoes, finely diced (not too squishy)
- Basil (Mine comes in a tube from Dominick’s)
- 1.5 Tbs Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 Tsp minced garlic
- Dash of Pepper, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and chill for 30 minutes!
*I also buy french bread, slice it thin, PAM the tops, sprinkle with pepepr and pop it in the oven for ~8 minutes
