  • 2 Zucchini’s (1 yellow, 1 green)
  • 1/2 block firm tofu
  • 1 pack shirtaki noodles (mine are black)
  • 1 handful green snap peas (optional)
  • 3 tbs Chinese chili black bean sauce (or sauce of your choice)

  • 5 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 can Black Bean Soup (I used Amy’s)

Japanese Daikon Radish, Lettuce, & Black Bean Stew-oup

  • 1/2 a daikon radish
  • 1/2 head of lettuce
  • 1 handful Japanese mushrooms (straw)
  • Japanese fish cakes, sliced thin
  • Fish balls
  • Chicken broth (2 cups)
  • Black beans (as much as you please)

  • 3 oz shredded pork
  • 2 handfuls rice noodles (uncooked)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth

  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 3 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 can spicy chili beans
