Hummus Maximus Crackers

Taste: This cracker has got the tastiest blend of grains and nuts baked into and sprinkled over the top! They give a very subtle flavor that releases an addictive aroma when you bite in to it. Most of all, the poppyseeds leave an fantastic aftertaste that leaves your taste buds tingling for more crackers!!

Texture: Personally, I love the more grains I see the better. Dr.Kracker does a great job of topping the crackers before baking, yet making sure the inside of the cracker isn’t overly nutty or too hard to crunch through. It is a little on the dry side, but in hummus, this is perfect!

Overall: 9/10. I definitely love these crackers with hummus! They give your jaw a bit of a work out, they’re healthy, satisfying, hearty, and holds up to as much hummus as you pile on! Awesome if you want to switch up the pita routine. 🙂


Cherry Semolina Crackers

Taste: I gotta say, I wish there was more cherry flavor in this! The cracker wasn’t quite sweet and not seasoned enough to salty, but semolina lacks the flavor nuts and other grains have. So it turned out to be a relatively bland tasting cracker that has occasional bunches of tartness from the tiny bits of cherry, which are just okay.

Texture: Super crunchy and hearty that will give you jaw a workout. Just like all its other crackers!

Overall: 6/10. I didn’t enjoy this cracker by itself, but perhaps if someone can suggest pairing it with something else, perhaps jam? It would be worth buying again.


Sunflower Cheddar Flatbread

Stats (per flatbread): 110 calories, 6g fat, 12g carbs, 0g sugar, 4g fiber, 6g protein

Taste: I faintly taste the sunflower seeds that are sprinkled across the top of the cracker, but I was surprised at how much I love the cheddar as well! Over the top are thin layers of cheddar patches that give the flatbread that extra punch in flavor. It is so enjoyable just by itself!

Overall: 7.5/10. I Liked this cracker a lot, and the fact that I wasn’t dry at all on its own while the other flavors I’ve tried so far were on the dry side.
