Flax Plus Maple Pecan Crunch Cereal
Toasted crunchy flax flakes are combined with a granola made of golden-hued, real maple syrup and roasted pecans.
Ingredients: Organic whole wheat meal, organic rolled oats, organic evaporated cane juice, organic wheat bran, organic pecans, organic flax, organic soy oil, organic brown rice flour, organic oat bran, organic barley malt extract, sea salt, organic maple syrup, organic coconut, natural maple flavor, organic oat syrup solids (organic oat syrup solids, tocopherols), tocopherols (natural vitamin E), organic molasses, organic cinnamon.
Taste: YUM!!!! This cereal has the perfect sweet crunch of the flakes, oaty bits, pieces of pecan, and overall maple goodness! It it fantastic in milk (holds up very well!), great over yogurt (like the above), and very addictive eaten plain, straight out of the box!
Overall: A very very yummy cereal. On the pricey side, but I’d rather buy this than Nature’s Path granola!

Vanilla Almond Flax Plus Granola
Rolled oats and nuggets of brown rice flour with delicious vanilla and almonds.
Ingredients: Organic rolled oats, organic evaporated cane juice, organic soy oil, organic brown rice flour, organic flaxseed, organic almonds, organic oat syrup solids (organic oat syrup solids, tocopherols), natural vanilla flavor, sea salt, organic molasses.
Taste: This is a perfectly sweetened cereal so it’s not overly sweet, but flavorful enough to make your milk yummy to drink. However, I wish there was more almond and vanilla flavor in this! It may be enough for many, but I though the cereal was overwhelmed with flax flavor – a little bitter, a little nutty, and a little oily.
Looks: The cereal itself is an even mix between puffed cereal, oats, and flax, with a scant sprinkling of sliced almonds.
Overall: A tasty cereal, but not worth paying over $4 for a small box!

Leapin’ Lemurs
NEW! Gluten-free pairing of peanut butter balls with chocolate balls.
Ingredients: Organic corn meal, organic whole grain corn meal, organic evaporated cane juice, organic peanut butter, organic molasses, organic cocoa, sea salt, organic soy oil, natural flavor, tocopherols (natural vitamin E).
Taste: This is a REALLY crunchy (and rather dry) cereal with a decent amount of peanut butter and cocoa flavor. Being someone used to to PB Puffins, the PB flavor in the Lemur’s didn’t meet the grade and left me feeling a little deprived of the rich PB flavored goodness. However, this cereal held up EXTREMELY well in milk (never got soggy) and had an extreme crunchiness that I didn’t expect.
Overall: An ok cereal overall. It reminded me of cardboard when I first ate it, but it did slowly grow on me…over time…I would definitely recommend it for gluten-intolerant folks who can’t have PB puffins!

OMG! my favorite granola is the pumpkin seed one!!
I love their Envirokidz line! Nature’s Path seems to be a very clean, dedicated company.
I just purchased two Nature’s Path cereals, on sale! I like them mixed with other cereals, as they are both really high in fiber and sort of taste like fiber..if you know what I mean, but I do enjoy them!
Thanks for the review! The first cereal sounds awesome, I may have to get it!!!! I love Voskos yogurt and I love how much protein it packs! Yummy eats girl!
Thanks so much for the great reviews!!
Great review! I love Nature’s Path! They make the best oatmeal!
wow thats a lot of cereal! I love their puffed rice cereal!
I LOVE Nature’s Path’s stuff! I recently tried that first cereal and it’s so good. Helps that I’m a big fan of maple 🙂 I’ve been hearing good stuff about that granola too. Thanks for the reviews, Michelle!
I like Nature’s Path cereal, but they are pretty expensive.
Interesting! I’ve seen this stuff in the grocery store before. I’ll have to give it a try now!
i love the envirokidz line (though that may appeal to the kid in me 🙂 ) but can honestly say i’ve never tried any of the nature’s path products!! must add that to my shopping list, the cereals look amazing!
I tried the Leapin’ Lemurs and was kind of disappointed–I guess I was expecting them to be like my old friend Reeses Puffs, but obvs not because it isn’t loaded with sugar 🙂 Still good every once n awhile though!
Thanks so much for the review!! If I am thinking of the correct brand, I love their pomegranate granola?!

I love Nature’s Path granola but rarely buy it because it’s expensive. I like Enviro Kids’ Peanut Butter Pandas, but they are wwway too expensive out here!
