I LOVE reviewing restaurants.
Each eatery is rated on a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being stellar, 1 being disappointing) in the following categories:
- Taste – Each dish is discussed in the passages above or below its picture. The overall taste score will take in to account the flavors of all the dishes ordered in a summarized point score
- Originality – The summarized perception of how far the chef has stretched him or herself to creative a dish that is unique (in a good way) and how hard it is to find a recreation of the same ingredients assembled in one plate at another eatery.
- Plating – The aesthetic appeal of the dish presented
- Value for money – Taking into account the quality of ingredients, flavors, and price asked to come up with whether this is a place that is fairly priced.
- Service – If you have to pay tip, you should be demanding to be taken care of by the host/hostess and the waiter/waitress of course!
